The EDC air compressor engineers were on site during the recent downpours recommissioning a series of Robuschi bare shaft blowers, post-overhaul.
Built for demanding applications, and manufactured accordingly (they're designed with a bearing life of 100,000 hours), the RB115 package of 90kW blowers operates in an aeration system at a water treatment works. EDC can undertake a the full servicing and restoration of blowers, replacing the parts subject to wear and tear on an ongoing basis. Regular servicing of your blower needed be expensive - they parts changed most often aren't normally costly (eg belts and oil), but the failure/lack of them can lead to much more serious repairs having to be undertaken. Once fully restored we can return and recommission it on site.
