EDC Air Compressor’s new Senior Service Engineer, Gordon Hamilton, has worked for some of the most prestigious companies in the mechanical and electrical engineering sectors and brings with him over 3 decade’s of extensive experience in compressors and blowers.
Coming from an excellent engineering pedigree, Gordon started his career by completing a prestigious Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship at Harland & Wolff Heavy Industries. He continued to add to his expansive knowledge of engineering processes via NI Railways, Kingsway Fresh Food, Scottish Coal (where he was Drill and Blast Manager) and the acclaimed Atlas Copco UK. A varied career at Atlas saw him move from Service Engineer, to Service Manager, Industrial Rental and finally Aftermarket Manager for Construction & Mining.
With engineering in his blood, Gordon has proven himself not only a highly skilled, vastly experienced and exceptionally talented Service Engineer, but also a problem solver with an encyclopaedic knowledge of compressors and blowers. Enthusiastic and eminently suited to his new role, EDC Air Compressors would like to welcome him aboard!
