About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Junior Compressed Air Service Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the engineering sector, gaining practical skills and technical knowledge in the installation, maintenance, repair of compressed air systems and calibration of measurement instrumentation.
As Junior engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers while also undertaking formal product and services training with our products and services partners. You will develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully qualified Compressed Air Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of compressed air systems and equipment (e.g., air compressors, dryers, filters, pipework).
•    Support senior engineers on customer sites and in the workshop.
•    Learn to diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
•    Attend training courses and complete all required assessments.
•    Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
•    Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
•    Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
•    A genuine interest in engineering and mechanical and electrical systems.
•    Good practical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
•    Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
•    Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one (desirable).
•    NAT 5 Qualifications in Maths, English, and Science – Grade 4/C or above preferred.
