Baratti will be no problem!
Two Baratti D25-KR bare shaft blowers are on their way back to our customer after having been fully overhauled by EDC Air Compressors. Both aeration blowers required a significant service and the collars on the rotors had to be replaced. The tips were also worn and needed preparing, welding and machining to size while the bearings, seals, piston rings, seal rings and mechanical seals were all changed.
Fully sprayed and slip-tested, both units are now on their way to be reinstalled on a water site, where they’ll continue to give years of service.
